China Isuzu produces diesel engines in 4K, 4H, 6H, 6U, and 6W power series, covering power of 98PS-520Ps, torque of 220N.m-2300N.m, and a total of 16 models with a load capacity ranging from 2.5T to 32T. The vehicle products cover the entire commercial vehicle series of pickup trucks, light trucks, medium trucks and heavy trucks. The key parts such as engines, gearboxes, axles, frames and cab assemblies are all imported from Japan or produced by Isuzu China. In addition to meeting the needs of Isuzu China for the production of complete vehicles, the key parts such as engines, gearboxes, axles, frames and cab assemblies produced by the company are also sold back to Isuzu Japan and joint ventures of Isuzu Japan in other countries.

It has more than 120 sets of production equipment, including first-class laser cutting machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC bending machines, welding machines, 1200T positive pressure and heated box board production hot presses, automatic box board glue spraying machines, CNC plate processing centers, paint booths, woodworking precision sawing machines, etc.; more than 80. sets of rain test rooms, high and low temperature test chambers, tensile machine research and development and experimental equipment, which can ensure full coverage and traceability of the whole process of product quality control from raw materials entering the factory to finished products.

At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 3,000 special vehicles.
