In April 2023, Hengjia Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. received a demand from a foreign customer. The customer expressed on social software that he wanted to purchase an Isuzu brand compressed garbage truck, but due to the complex local road conditions, the ordinary chassis could not meet the demand. In response to various questions and needs raised by customers, considering the size of horsepower and the upper installation, the company decided to use the Isuzu 700P (NPR/NHR) chassis for targeted design. The plan was fed back to the customer as soon as it came out. After seeing the plan, the customer praised the overall design of the plan for its reasonableness, easy operation and beautiful appearance. Then it was convenient for the company to sign the contract. After 20 days of unremitting efforts, this Isuzu 700P (NPR/NHR) compressed garbage truck was successfully completed.

Isuzu 700P compression garbage truck chassis configuration:

It is made of Isuzu 600P National V chassis, Isuzu 4HK1 engine National VI emission 205 horsepower, Isuzu MLD-6Q 6-speed transmission, with air conditioning, power steering, front axle 3.5 tons, rear axle 7 tons, with ABS, standard 235/75R17.5 16PR tires. The single-row cab can be flipped.

Isuzu 700P compression garbage truck upper configuration:

Arc-shaped box, the box is made of high-strength steel, 6-10 cubic box side 4 bottom 4. Xiamen Yinhua or Yantai Future oil cylinder, Hunan Honghui multi-way valve, Hefei oil pump, flexible and convenient operation. The electronic control system adopts CAN bus + dedicated controller and silicone operation panel (two in total: one in the cab and one on the right side of the loader), with one-button operation. The loader lifting cylinder is equipped with a balance valve. Two sewage tanks are standard: one on the side of the beam and one at the bottom of the loader.
