Refrigerated truck structure:
Refrigerated trucks are composed of the running part of a special automobile chassis, an insulated compartment (generally made of polyurethane materials, fiberglass, color steel plates, stainless steel, etc.), a refrigeration unit, a temperature recorder in the compartment and other components. For vehicles with special requirements, such as meat hook vehicles, optional parts such as meat hooks, cargo troughs, aluminum alloy guide rails, and ventilation slots can be added.
The refrigerated truck compartment is generally made of polyurethane materials, fiberglass, and also color steel plates, stainless steel, etc.

Refrigerated truck compartment manufacturing technology:
1. "Sandwich" board bonding type assembled in pieces. The largest domestic refrigerated truck manufacturers all use this technology. The refrigerated trucks produced using this technology have higher thermal insulation performance.
2. Injection foaming type assembled in pieces.
3. Injection foaming type for the entire skeleton.
4. Vacuum adsorption type pasting
Refrigerated truck refrigeration unit:
Refrigeration units are divided into non-independent refrigeration units and independent refrigeration units. Domestic units and imported units, etc. Generally, all models adopt external refrigeration machines, and a few micro-refrigerated trucks adopt built-in refrigeration machines. For refrigerated trucks with lower temperature requirements, built-in cold plates (equivalent to evaporators) can be used in the compartment.
Classification of refrigerated trucks
Refrigerated trucks are actually called refrigerated and insulated trucks, which are divided into two categories: refrigerated trucks and insulated trucks. Insulated trucks refer to vehicles with insulated compartments suitable for short-distance insulated transportation. Refrigerated trucks refer to vehicles with insulated compartments and equipped with refrigeration devices.
Classification by refrigeration method of refrigeration device:
Mechanical refrigeration planning, frozen plate refrigerated trucks, liquid nitrogen refrigerated trucks, dry ice refrigerated trucks, ice refrigerated trucks, etc. Among them, mechanical refrigerated trucks are the main models in refrigeration, and most refrigerated trucks in China are also mechanical refrigerated trucks.
Classification by chassis carrying capacity:
Micro refrigerated trucks, small refrigerated trucks, medium-sized refrigerated trucks, and large refrigerated trucks.
Classification by compartment type:
Bread refrigerated trucks, van refrigerated trucks, semi-trailer refrigerated trucks.

Selection of refrigerated truck body
The selection of the body is related to the specific goods to be transported. Different goods have different requirements for the body. For example, refrigerated trucks for transporting fresh meat need to be customized with hooks on the body; refrigerated trucks for distribution to stores have small batches, many varieties, and require multi-temperature refrigerated trucks; temperature requirements are different, and frequent loading and unloading require multi-door refrigerated trucks. For all these, users can customize them to the body factory according to specific needs.

Application Cases
Maintenance of refrigerated trucks
1. Pay attention to pre-cooling of goods and cold storage before loading goods. The transportation equipment is to transport while maintaining the temperature of the loaded goods. The temperature of the goods cannot be lowered or frozen in the cold storage. If the temperature of the goods is particularly high or the temperature of the cold storage is particularly high, it is particularly difficult to reduce it to the appropriate temperature. Therefore, please be sure to pre-cool the goods and the cold storage in advance to reduce it to the appropriate transportation temperature.
2. To make the cold air circulate smoothly between the goods, in order to keep the temperature in the cold storage uniform, full attention must be paid to the stacking of the goods. In particular, do not pile goods on the roof or at the air outlet or air inlet of the cold air.
3. Rapidly move goods in and out. If the cold storage door is open, the outside airflow will cause the temperature inside the storage to rise. Please move goods in and out as quickly as possible. In addition, please stop the operation of the refrigeration unit when carrying goods.
