Recently, the Municipal Economic and Information Commission announced the results of the 2022 Municipal Industrial Design Center certification, and Qingling Group Mold Company won the title of "Municipal Industrial Design Center in 2022".

After more than 20 years of development, Qingling Isuzu Group Mold Company has become a professional mold company mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of four types of molds, including body cover molds, high-strength plate molds, automation molds and frame molds. The current mold design and manufacturing technology has reached the domestic advanced level. It is a mold factory with a complete range of categories, high level and large scale in the same industry in China.

In recent years, the company has steadily promoted the intelligent manufacturing of molds, and the mold structure design has achieved full 3D modular design, and full 3D dynamic simulation of high-speed automated mold production. Continuously promote the application of new software and new technologies, and the one-time forming qualification rate of mold products has reached more than 85%, which is higher than the industry average.

In addition, the company has successfully applied for and obtained 25 patents, including 3 invention patents: in 2021, it was recognized as Chongqing Enterprise Technology Center and Digital Workshop; in 2022, it was recognized as a national specialized "little giant" enterprise.
